What Health Type Are You?
Last week someone mentioned https://ph360.me/ and it sounded familiar to me. I looked up my saved emails and found that two people had mentioned it to me over the last few years, so a 3rd time got my attention. (this article contains affiliate links)
So I dug deeper into it and I feel as if I have dropped down into a whole new level of healthcare.

It’s personalised for just you, based on what data you enter.
The types of things they ask you are body measurements, and they aren’t just your weight and belly size, its head size, jaw size, foot length, ear position, measuring finger length, asking you about your eyes and hair, family history, and much more, to determine the results.

There are 6 health types and you fit into one type for the most part, but that can change depending on the changes in your data over time. It’s all to do with embryology and what part of your brain developed the strongest.
This is my type. When I listened to an audio file about my type I felt like finally someone understood me. So many factors about me that I had thought were things I had to overcome, were in fact my make up.
ie, Im a Guardian type:
- my health thrives if I eat with other people and not alone.
- My type has longer intestines so it takes longer for food to travel through, but more nutrients are absorbed, so I don’t need lots of meals or to graze.
- I am bigger boned so I can be stronger than other types.
- I am the giver and nurturer of the types, but I need to learn to give to myself as well.
- I tend to want to conserve my energy, and my type is likened to a Bear.
I can give you a link for a short health type test, but I’ve taken it in the past and it didn’t come out with the same type I am now. But that type was next to mine on the wheel so you may have traits of those types as well. I wouldn’t recommend signing up through this. Here is the link if you want a quick test.
Best Way To Sign Up
Here is how I signed up, click on this link. At the top of the page it shows free covid 19 support for your immune system, create a free account, (I think its free for a month), after signing up you can do the test which takes half an hour to an hour, then you get your results. At the end of the month you are asked if you want to continue, and its US$19 a month. You can pay yearly too.
You can download the app, Shae. Or you can use your account online. You can only enter your results online though.
In the App or Online Website
You get a list of all the top foods that are suited to you, based on your health and type, there are recipe suggestions, there is a lot of support, reading, videos to help you. I have joined the facebook group and also a group for Guardians.
I thought I ate really well for the most part, but, some of the foods I eat that I thought were ok for me, aren’t. And I have to avoid them.
The results can change over time, as you can reenter your measurements from time to time.
I have heard only great things about this, and from doctors as well.
I think it’s a wonderful investment in your health.
